Mind Programming Method: Ways Proven To Work.

When we're all growing up we are taught to believe in certain things. It is at our most tender ages that our minds are clean like a fresh page just waiting for information to be written on it. Therefore the beliefs we have now are a result of the things we were taught when we were still very young. Inevitably these become ingrained and difficult to change. But changing your beliefs is possible with a mind programming method that employs a variety of techniques and tricks.

The most important thing to understand is that inasmuch as the brain is this high capacity memory tank of various intellectual propensities it is difficult to change. By this i mean that once you're programmed at a tender age what happens is that these beliefs are somewhat sealed in concrete. Therefore you must outsmart your brain if you want to reinforce new beliefs. The methods shown here will show you how to deprogram your mind but you must bear in mind that the brain will have to be tricked to successfully change how think.

Your very first step is making a clear and simple list of what sort of programming you want. This effectively means that you must have decided upon what sort of beliefs and principles you want to ingrain into your head. Making a list is a good way to remind your brain of what your intended purpose is because you can confuse your mind and end up having a chaotic personality.

Proceed to visit your list regularly. Be sure to repeat phrases that contain the belief or new convictions. Repeat these phrases to your mind and yourself several times a day. For example, if you want to be loving you should repeat the phrase: 'I am loving' 50 times a day.

After this you should then look for magazines and cut out pictures upon which your new beliefs are based. The pictures you cut out must be stuck on most of the walls in your flat or room so that your brain begins to like and accept your new beliefs.

The last thing you should do is change completely. The human brain works with beliefs and actions. The moment you act upon your beliefs that is when you start having conditioned reflexes.
